About Us
A Jewish education for every Jewish child
Our Mission
Torah, Jewish values, and academic excellence
We educate and inspire students with a love for Torah and Judaism, strong Jewish values, and a forward-looking academic program. We also work to build in every student a lasting connection to the Land of Israel.
Our Story
From a few families to a full EC-12 school
In 2010, a group of Israeli community leaders visiting South Florida saw that many local Jewish families had no access to a Jewish education. Rav Yehuda Pollishuk, Moshe Avraham, Yoni Gurelik and Zev Oratz, together with Rabbis Avshalom Baskin and Yehuda Kornfeld, started an organization called Masoret Yehudit to change that. It later became Landow Jewish Academy.
What began with a handful of students and committed parents has grown into a full Early Childhood, Lower School, Middle School and High School program.
Who We Are
Orthodox, and welcoming to every family
Landow is an Orthodox school that teaches Jewish tradition with warmth and care. Families of every background and level of observance are welcome here. We believe a Jewish education is a birthright, not a privilege.
We hold ourselves to a high standard in both general and Judaic studies, and we invest in technology and innovation so our students are ready to compete in a global economy.
